WBA-Retail: Last meeting.....for now!!!

We wrapped things up this week for the Festival of the Trees weekend.  Everything looks all put together.  I have contacted all advertisers and we are all set with them.  I added Intertown and made the Monitor one a little smaller to fit our budget.  We came in under budget too, by a small amount.   And because of a mistake on Intertown's part, we get TWO ads!  One will show up this week!
So, a few things to do....
1.  Take a small amount of time THIS Friday from anywhere from 5 PM to 7 PM to help out at the Town Hall.  Decs are going up, and they know what they are doing, so you just go in, they will give you a job, and you will have helped!  Even as little as 15 minutes will be of great help!
2.  Make sure you have your raffle tickets and your stamp
3.  Promote the Preview Party (and buy your ticket too!).  If you need tickets, email Marc.
4.  Get your RED PACKAGE  all set.  The package can be put out (weather depending) prior to the weekend.  All out for the weekend.
5.  Make copies of the map, the artisans flyer for display or for customers to take with.

ONE more IMPORTANT thing....
Plan on a meeting in January to discuss more ideas for the future!  We have set up a great basis from which to operate, so think about what you would like to see implemented and bring it with you in January!
