WBA-Retail: T-shirts

Hi all,
I am assuming that each paid up sponsor will get one t-shirt (?) and  
then may pre-purchase as many extras as they like for employees,  
volunteers, artist demonstrators or to sell. Is this correct?
I need to know ASAP (it takes two weeks to print)
1. Do we want to do shirts?
2. One color or more? Cotton or 50/50?
3. How many shirts are wanted by each business and in what sizes?
4. How should I handle payment?

Here is the T-shirt info (from Teddy's Tees):

For a one-color, white shirt with black line drawing (we could "color"  
our own!?)
$25 Screen Charge (no minimum number of shirts)

Add $6.50 each for 5XL
