If you haven't heard yet, Bridget Leroy (owner of the New London Inn)  
is spearheading a project to raise money for the new Kearsarge  
Community Center. Formerly the Middle School in New London, plans are  
to turn it into a regional center for kids and adults with performing  
arts, after school programs and classes and such. The first fundraiser  
is the Gnus of Gnu London. Modelled after the cows in New York,  
artists decorate the life-size gnus and then they are auctioned off.

They are looking for artists and sponsors. Wouldn't it be great to  
have WBA or even the town of Warner as a sponsor?! It's great  
publicity and it eventually will benefit our community too because we  
are included in the Center's region.
