WBA-Retail: Today's meeting...uh oh, did you forget??

Hey all,
If you forgot to attend the meeting today, you can blame me if you want....I forgot to send a reminder....so, before I go any further....get out your calendar....go ahead....I'll wait.................got it?

OK, now you are ready for the next meeting.....I hope!

Here are plans thus far:
1. Artist Demos (please contact me about having one at your location)
2.Floral Displays (contact your favorite florist and ask if they want to participate and make your place pretty!) with raffle and competition--visitors 
can vote for their favorite AND put their name and phone # in to win an arrangement
3. Children's Activity Area at the Telephone Museum Parking Lot (we are looking for someone to run this--)
4. Historical Society Barn Sale Grand Opening
5. Mary Kay Pampering Sessions by Carolyn Beverly (free?  Carolyn, I forgot to ask!)
6. Artisans at Brookside (Katy Bransfield is heading this up)
7. Library Book Sale (Kay, I believe you are working on this?)
8. Plant sales: BookEnds annual perennial sale plus either Women's Club or possibly Robert's Greenhouse one day sale in Warner)
9. Landscaping Demo at The Maples
10. Music?  Kay, did you say you have someone?
11. Warner Connects....I think they want to participate...
12. Sandy Bartholomew is designing the ad/poster.  It will have a bulleted list of events 
Shirley and I will do the advertising, $200 per business listing on the ad/poster
Jim Mitchell will do PR (please be sure to contact him with ideas on getting the word out)
Any ideas about a RADIO REMOTE that day?
What about signs....any ideas about getting a sign at each exit for SPRING INTO WARNER? 

As you can see, there are lots of people contributing, so please find something that you want to contribute...one way or the other.  We need YOU!
